Henry Chamberlain

Henry has 17 years of investing, executive management, fundraising, M&A and IPO experience in venture capital.
In 2004, Henry founded LifeStageMedia, a digital media business which he built in New York and successfully exited five years later to US private equity. During his time in New York, Henry also served as founding Principal of the US division of Fairfax I.S., a UK investment bank.
In 2012, Henry joined IBIS Capital, a media hedge fund, corporate finance and private equity group, where he managed a media technology venture capital fund and direct growth investments. He then joined VGC Partners in 2017, a consumer, media and technology growth capital investment firm with several funds and investment vehicles under management.
Henry has a MA Hons in History and Politics from The University of Edinburgh and a number of financial regulatory qualifications in the UK and US.
Aric is a results-driven product development and operations executive with 20+ years of building teams and launching consumer products. He has experience in automotive, white goods, 3D printing and IoT devices.
Aric spent over 8 years working at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (BSH) both in the US and Germany, and was subsequently Director Global Quality at SharkNinja, the market leader in small household appliances.
In 2012, Aric joined MakerBot as Chief Operating Officer. The company is the leader in the consumer desktop 3D printer market with more than 50,000 3D printers worldwide. Aric led operations and engineering during its $440M+ exit to Stratasys Ltd, where he then became Vice President of Global Operations.
Aric has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tri-State University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. Aric also sits on the Advisory Board of numerous technology companies.

Richard comes from a background in the music, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
He was the Co-Founder, COO and CFO of feelunique (a fast-growing e-commerce platform for beauty, with over 140,000 daily users and more than 18,000 products shipped every day to over 120 countries worldwide). Under his term there, Richard was responsible for operations, finance, and technology, but had a deep understanding of every aspect of the business.
Helping to grow the revenue of the business to $50M+ and achieved a successful sale of a majority stake to Private Equity.
Currently sitting as a non-exec on the Boards of several private companies, including feelunique, he brings over 30 years of experience and insight into founding, managing and growing businesses through to shareholder exit.
Steve has over 25+ years’ experience in product and engineering, having brought over 50 innovative consumer products successfully to market.
Steve began his career as a Senior Engineer at Parametric Technology Corporation, and subsequently a Senior Project Engineer at Honeywell Consumer Products. He was previously a Director of New Product Development at Applica, the sole licensee of the $800M Black & Decker brand for housewares, where he managed a worldwide team of product designers and engineers.
He was also previously a Director of Engineering at Memorex Electronics (licensee for the Disney and Memorex brand of consumer electronics) and a Vice President of Product Development at Sylmark (a $400M infomercial company working with the major corporations such as Wal-Mart & Target).
Steve has a BSME in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.Sc. in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
